pet薄膜電(dian)芯(xin)由(you)于(yu)理論效率高、材料消(xiao)耗少、制備能(neng)耗低(di)等(deng)被稱為第二代太陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)容量電(dian)池(chi)水平。尤其是(shi)在柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)襯底上制備的(de)(de)薄膜電(dian)池(chi),具有可卷曲折疊、不怕摔碰(peng)、重量輕、弱(ruo)光性(xing)(xing)能(neng)好(hao)(hao)等(deng)優勢(shi),未來(lai)應用(yong)(yong)前景廣(guang)闊。銅(tong)銦(yin)鎵硒(CIGS)薄膜太陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)電(dian)池(chi)易形成良(liang)好(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)背電(dian)極和高質量的(de)(de)PN結,且較容易制成柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)組件。目前,CIGS薄膜太陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)電(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)實驗室轉換(huan)效率已達21.7%,組件全面積轉換(huan)效率已接近16%,其產(chan)業化技術(shu)也在逐步(bu)完善。隨(sui)著此(ci)技術(shu)大規模(mo)生產(chan)后良(liang)品率提升,國產(chan)化改進(jin)優化后生產(chan)成本(ben)降低(di),將越來(lai)越具有競爭力(li)。此(ci)外,具有超高轉換(huan)效率的(de)(de)砷(shen)化鎵太陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)電(dian)池(chi),憑借著其技術(shu)先進(jin)性(xing)(xing),在特殊的(de)(de)應用(yong)(yong)場景具備很大的(de)(de)發(fa)展潛力(li),但(dan)是(shi)目前由(you)于(yu)成本(ben)偏(pian)高,大規模(mo)的(de)(de)應用(yong)(yong)需要(yao)快速實現成本(ben)的(de)(de)降低(di)。
